Privacy policy
This policy explains how Events, provided by Miha Software, handles information.
Calendar access
With your permission, Events reads calendars and event instances from Android’s Calendar Provider. It uses calendar names, account labels, colors, event titles, dates, and times to show your selected calendars in the app and home-screen widgets. Access is used only for these features.
On-device processing
Events does not transmit calendar information to us or to other services. The app has no internet permission, accounts, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs. It does not keep a separate event database. Android and your launcher retain rendered widget information so it can remain visible when the app is closed. People who can see your home screen can see the events displayed there.
Settings and deletion
Preferences and calendar/widget identifiers are stored locally, excluded from app backup, and removed when Events is uninstalled. Removing a widget removes its configuration. Revoke calendar permission in Android settings to stop calendar access. Remove widgets to remove their home-screen displays. Events never deletes or modifies your calendar entries. Your calendar provider manages synchronization, retention, and any cloud copies under its own policy.
Other apps and external links
Opening an event passes its identifier and occurrence times to your chosen calendar app. Website links open in your browser. Those applications handle their data under their own policies.
Support
If you email support@mihasoftware.com, we receive the information you choose to include. It is used to respond and investigate your request, not for advertising. Please avoid sending sensitive calendar details. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request and applicable record-keeping obligations; contact us to request deletion.
Platform diagnostics
Google Play and Android may provide aggregate or platform-managed crash and performance information under their own settings and policies. Events adds no third-party analytics or crash-reporting service and does not deliberately include calendar content in diagnostic logs.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@mihasoftware.com. This page will be updated if the app’s data practices change.
